How I help depends on your unique situation and plans for the future. There are established services and programmes on this page, but there's no boilerplate deliverables or "one size fits all" products. That won't help.

What we can work on together?

There's a lot that can be done to help your L&D team become more strategic. It's usually a combination of some, or all, of the activities below. Whatever we do involves work from both of us. It's your team, it's your transformation. I co-design and collaborate with you and support you through embedding it all within your team.

Simple Strategy

I work directly with you on strategy, positioning, supporting capabilities, etc. We start with a 30 minute call to work out what to work on. You take me through your challenges and aspirations. All confidential and no obligation. After the call I'll send through a plan with a list of actions, timelines and a quote.

For L&D, Capability and Enablement leaders with no distinct budget for consulting

Sneaky Strategy

Sometimes it's hard to justify carving out budget for strategic consulting. A lot of my work involves being brought in to help deliver a current project and provide advice on the side. I get to see things operate in real time and see issues and opportunities first hand. My consulting services become a small line item next to project delivery fees. Two birds, one stone.
